SHIPPING:

All orders are shipped using USPS.  Shipping costs depend on the method, quantity and weight.  

USPS Ground - Please allow 2-9 business days depending on day order is placed

USPS Priority - Please allow 2-3 business days depending on day order is placed

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged please contact USPS to file a claim and then contact us at  info@swaggerfishing.com so we can follow up with them as well.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

All International orders are shipped using USPS First Class Mail Intl. The shipping  charges are different depending on the country it is being shipped to and the price of the item you ordered.  If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged please contact USPS and info@swaggerfishing.com to file a claim and be reimbursed for your package.

 

 REFUND POLICY: 

Store credit only. Returns must be in their original condition with tags still attached to accept return within 20 days of receiving. Please note that we cannot refund any shipping or handling charges and you will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost. Prior to mailing back any exchanges please email customer service at info@swaggerfishing.com with your order information in order to verify that we have the item in stock. Exchanges should be shipped to the following address and allow 10 business days to process:
